Terms and Conditions for Elysium Feasts
Welcome to Elysium Feasts. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our online platform and the catering services we provide. By accessing or using our website, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using our website at www.elysiumfeasts.co.uk (referred to as "our site," "this service," or "our online platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services or our site.
2. Services Provided
Elysium Feasts provides bespoke catering services for events, corporate functions, and private parties. Our culinary offerings specialize in menus inspired by ancient traditions with a modern British twist. Our online platform serves to showcase our services, menus, and client testimonials, and to facilitate booking inquiries for our catering services.
3. Booking and Reservations
- Inquiries: All booking inquiries can be made through our online platform or by contacting us directly. An inquiry does not guarantee a booking.
- Proposals: Upon receiving an inquiry, we will provide a detailed proposal outlining menu options, pricing, and service details.
- Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed agreement and/or deposit as specified in the proposal.
4. Payment Terms
- Deposits: A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking. The amount and due date will be specified in your proposal.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be due by the date specified in your agreement, typically prior to the event date.
- Late Payments: Elysium Feasts reserves the right to charge interest on overdue payments at a rate of 5% per annum above the Bank of England base rate.
5. Cancellations and Amendments
- Client Cancellations: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the proximity of the cancellation to the event date, as detailed in your booking agreement.
- Amendments: Any changes to guest numbers, menu choices, or event details must be communicated as early as possible. Significant changes may incur additional charges or affect our ability to fulfill the original booking.
- Force Majeure: Elysium Feasts shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, or government regulations. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or find an appropriate resolution.
6. Dietary Requirements and Allergens
It is the client's responsibility to inform Elysium Feasts of any dietary requirements, allergies, or intolerances for all guests well in advance of the event. While we take every precaution to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment due to the nature of our kitchen and ingredient supply. We will discuss all dietary needs thoroughly during the menu planning process.
